Debbie Anderson founded The Anderson School of Dance in 1999 with two Freestyle classes and a small hall in Medway. Two and a half decades later, she still teaches every single class herself.

IDTA qualified to scholarship standard in both Freestyle and Street Dance — a distinction that puts her in a very small group of teachers nationally — Debbie brings the same warmth and ambition to every session, whether it's a toddler's first Mini Movers class or a senior squad preparing for Blackpool.

The measure of any school is what happens to its pupils over time. Many of the children who trained with Debbie in those early years now bring their own sons and daughters to class. That's not loyalty — it's 27 years of results, one family at a time.
